Ghost hunting! come out ,come out , where-ever you are!

I decided to go to Edo to see if the ghost were there, i thought perhaps i might see the ghost since so many Picos was there. At first i walked around, than sat at the bench. A couple of Picos who where sitting near the river decided to kill time by doing /mini-me. (i forgot to take picture of it) and than about 6 of them began the Edo dance, hoping the ghost would appear faster. I don't have the dance:{ i don't have any dances!:{ So while we waited, what felt like an hour. Some Pico guy with bat wings came and call all of us newbies/noobs. that the ghost won't come till at a certain hour and that we are stupid. <.< i didnt bother to retort back. no one did, which is surprising but good. So not to be near stupid noobs that bat wing guy left. As you can see on the second photo.we still waited for the ghost until we got tired of waitingXD  lol loco picos.

 I've seen the ghost on another account before. I heard the ghost only appear around 7:00pm-9:00pm. Dancing doesn't do anything. Is that true?
